Item Does Not Match Description

I broke the original cuff connector on my Series 10 Omron BPM. The pictured connector here matches the original that plugs into the unit and then connects to the cuff hose after a 90 degree turn. What was sent was a straight gray connector which is not pictured. I would guess the use of this could result in kinks in the cuff hose that could prevent it from working properly. Calls and messages concerning the product go unanswered.

I own a BP785 and needed a larger cuff. After purchasing a cuff from online, this connector got the new cuff up and running.
